Work time spent on different customers

Hello, Is it somehow possible to get a list where I can see how many time I spent per customer per month ? Is it possible to set a "bit" wether a ticket should be billed or not to the customer ? Best regards Niels

On OpenSuSe 10.1 I just upgraded from OTRS 2.1.5 to 2.2.2. I now have a funny bug. My Agent and Customer backend is LDAP(AD). The error occurs when I click "Take this Customer" in the "Email-Ticket" screen of the Admin interface. The "To:" form field shortens and is blanked. Directly after the field is this text: " size="70"> Customer info is pulled from LDAP and displayed on the right hand side correctly. If I manually enter the customers email address, everything works fine before or after I generate this error. Any thoughts? NOTE: This e-mail transmission may contain confidential information.
