Hi again, Every time I go into the 'System Log' page in the OTRS Agent interface, it is completely empty. My OTRS system is implemented on Windows 2000, Apache and MySQL Does anyone recognise this behaviour, and if so know how to get to view the system log WITHOUT having to log into the server? Thanks

Under Windows, the System Log in the Admin area of OTRS is not available. You have to use the Logfile Module which creates a separate logfile. Which is HIGHLY recommended as its always good practice to separate OS
specific logs from Application Logs. Using syslog function seems to blur
the line between OS and Application!
