Hello, I'm implementing OTRS at our site and was wondering if it would be possible to configure it to connect to an external customer database getting data from more than one table (I have customer login details in a table and customer data in another table).

From what I understand, it won't be possible... however since I cannot create a view on remote database, is there any workaround to solve this issue ? I'm using OTRS 2.0.3
