Not being very familiar with cvs, per se, is there one specific file I can
download from CVS and update that will fix this?

This has been changed in the CVS-Head (not 1.1 tree!). Now you always get the one you know from searching all open/closed tickets. No. The search is recoded (much better!).

Martin, So you're saying that we should wait until the next version of OTRS and grab it all as a chunk? If so, any idea when? (I know, this question is getting old...
