I just went through the upgrade process to a new installation. Yes, I ran both DBUpdate scripts to go from 2.0 to 2.1 then to 2.2, but I am seeing this error in my logs: OTRS-CGI-10[1010]: [Error][Kernel::System::User::GetUserData][Line:128]: Need User or UserID! What is it? How do I fix it? TIA, --MPJ
