Hi mohammad shahmoradi, We discontinued the File Manager package a while ago, it is not available for the OTRS 3.0 platform. We believe there are many alternatives available, including using attachments in FAQ articles. So the solution would be to stay on OTRS 2.4.x if you need to use the File Manager functionality, or de-install the file manager and upgrade to 3.1.x if you do not need it. Of course if you would REQUIRE this functionality we could also offer you to port it to 3.1 on a commercial basis.
