Use: http://yourhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentClose&TicketID=20 If a email can't processed, you will have a ticket without an article. -=> I changed that in the CVS. PS: If you use procmail, you will find this unprocessed email in $OTRS_HOME/var/spool/. It would be nice if you create an bugreport with this email. Thanks.
