My OTRS system is really going downhill. Wonder what is going on? Anyway, I cannot log in this morning. When I try I get this... Error: Too many connections Comment: Please contact your admin Bug Report: Traceback: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-1 Perl: 5.8.0 OS: linux Time: Wed Sep 8 04:31:23 2004 Message: Too many connections Traceback (11369): Module: Kernel::System::DB::new (v1.37) Line: 212 Module: Apache::ROOT::otrs::index_2epl::handler (v1.66) Line: 70 Module: (eval) (v2.01) Line: 149 Module: Apache::Registry::handler (v2.01) Line: 149 -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.wesplate.com http://www.automaticduck.com

After rebooting the system, then deleting all the empty article records, OTRS seems happier, I was able to create a test ticket. I hope it doesn't do this oddness again. -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.wesplate.com http://www.automaticduck.com

I think I remember seeing a bug in BTS about otrs opening many db connections for lots of incoming email.

Or lots of phantom article-less tickets. Would love to know how that happened! -- Wes Plate Automatic Duck, Inc. http://www.wesplate.com http://www.automaticduck.com
