Hi all, I'm quite sure that I found a bug in the calculation of time past within the service time (this is relevant for correct ticket escalation!). The problem I still have is that under the otrs-linux-user, a test-script returns the right result. But under the webgui, I get a return of 0 seconds for some combinations of start- and end-dates.
