Not, you don't need to configure .procmailrc. Just make sure that the local otrs user receive the new system address (e. g. via fetchmail, /etc/mail/virtualtable, ...). PS: OTRS 1.0 is able to receive emails without procmail or/and fetchmail. You can fetch emails directly from POP3 accounts via bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl. ,-)
