how to change the title of the print : OTRS Communication with success + char size
Hi there, 1) I have to change the title of the printing, where can I do that? 2) I have to make the size of the characters bigger (lot of "old" people here :), how can I do that? MANY THANKS! The "Communication with success" logo is just an image. You can replace the image with a custom one easily, it's described in the Admin manual: http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/c1771.html
2) I have to make the size of the characters bigger (lot of “old” people here J, how can I do that?
This is unfortunately a little bit more difficult, as it would include
customization of the file Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPrint.pm - search
for 'FontSize' in the file, that should get you started.
