I can't seem to find this in the docs (please forgive me if I'm just too thick to find it). What are the differences between Pending Auto Close + and Pending Auto Close -? I'd just like to know EXACTLY how OTRS is going to behave before I start using this feature. They're just example pending states, "+" will put the case "closed successful" after pending time is reached, "-" will put the case "closed unsuccessful" after pending time is reached. The two different closed states are simply to inform you that you can have a wide range of closed states (we have a closed state for each category of problem, then we take stats on this), rather than having to close all cases with just one "closed" status. Hi, Duarte: I change TicketCounter.log, all days with a cronjob, I put it all days at 0. Any problem apear since 6 months. Alvaro. Duarte Cordeiro wrote:
Hi,
Yesterday we've created with our ticket number 19000. Adding this to our system id (that I wrongly choose as 10), we have a ticket numbers like 1019000.
I would like to reset this number every year, so what I would like to know is:
- if I change the number in TicketCounter.log do the ticket numbering restart ?
- Is there any implication to this ? Does otrs stops working correctly? What happens if a user reply to a ticket number that exists twice in the database?
Thanks,
Duarte Cordeiro
