when adding a new user i get an internal server error
when adding a new user i get an internal server error - i cant provide any more information. there is nothing in the apache access/error log re what the error is any ideas where i can start investigating? details: fedora mysql apache2 installed fine (?) and can login etc.

Has anyone had any good luck setting up OTRS on Apple OS X? I'm running into some minor difficulties and would like to exchange emails with someone who has set this up.
