Hi, As suggested, I used the DBUpdate scripts to upgrade step by step from 1.3 to 2.0 then 2.0 to 2.1 and 2.1 to 2.2 without any error. At the end of this process I obtained an database structure a little bit different that it's released by the otrs 2.2.4 installer. More curious is that the otrs program seems to work fine in the whole functionalities except the FAQ feature that is not working at all. At this point I'm afraid to use the upgraded data base instead of the released 2.2.4 otrs data base because I'm not confident with the compliance between Upgraded data base 2.2.0 and 2.2.4 source code. Any idea on this issue? Did I forgotten to do some things in the upgrade procedure ? Thanks in advance for your help.
