what command do I type for perl modules

I need to check to see if I have the correct perl modules loaded I'm trying to execute the script otrs.checkmodules from the command line now I go into this directory c:\program files\otrs\otrs\bin what command do I type after this to see if the correct modules are loaded I'm doing this off of our helpdesk server which is a windows server 2003 environment . Try the following;
perl otrs.checkmodules.pl
It might not work as you're running on a windows system but you should be ok.
