Sorry if I've missed this in a manual somewhere, but it seems the limit for user searching when the customers database is LDAP is 200...
Can this be increased??

What I did was to modify: CustomerUserSearchListLimit => 550 in Config.pm Mine was set by default to 250. I have created a new Status View based on the original template. However I'd like to show the last updated time of a ticket in the view. I have modified the AgentTicketStatusView.dtl file but cannot find out what variable to use to display the last updated time. Anybody done this?
