Hi I'm using otrs for a few months and it's working fine except the notification : i get notifications for new tickets and notes but not for follow-ups added by agents... (I selected all the notifications in Preferences) Any idea which option it could be ? or how i can modify this in the code ? Thanks for your help ! -- Florian
