Well, I use the POP3 script as the accounts are on a different server... any idea else?
Thanks :)

Hi,
I would like to be able do ignore some email adresses, like "big@boss.com" (very nerving) and "MAILER-DAEMON@[MyDomain]" - It's really not needed to create a ticket for them... ;) Is there a way to do this?
This can be done by using procmail I guess. Procmail doesn't only put the mails into the users queues, but also can be used for simple filters like on fixed adresses or other headers.

Why not use procmail on the other server then and filter it out before it gets to OTRS? Assuming, of course, the other server has procmail capabilities and you have access to edit the procmail filters. Best wishes, Paul
