Hi, We would like to make a "reply with short quote", meaning that we wish to quote only 20 lines from the customer email. Is there a way of doing it? I think I know how to add it to the code, but first I would like to ask. Moshe

There is currently no way to do that. -=> But it's a very good idea. :) If you get this working, you are welcome to post the patch to dev <at> otrs.org! :)
