Hi, In order to correct some "problematic" mails, I normally want to go into the specific mailbox, delete an email and then restart the mail collection by otrs. (These problems are sometimes related with responses to tickets or mails with attachments; if I have time, I'm going to send failure protocol to the list) Normally I call mail collection by starting the respective perl script. This works only, if I have shell access to the machine. My feature request is to include basic administration function (i.e. manually started mail collection) in the admin interface (for the case if you (like in the office) have no shell access).
