I don't appear to get any errors... but I'm not getting any graphs on my Stats page. Any ideas?
Thanks all, To answer my own question. After I manually ran /opt/bin/mkStats.pl, and got a graph, I dug a bit further and found that in needed to un-comment the last line of /opt/otrs/var/cron/stats.dist. Which OS is the server running on - probably Win32? This is an unsolved problem yet... If you're NOT running Win32, this could help solving the prob, although it's not me to know it by now. Robert Kehl
