I have had a couple of emails asking how i got to this stage, as it seems otrs isnt setup to handle html very well. I am currently fixing my original issue..... autohtml2text is off & i've been inside the code for ages now, doing a blanket code change is too much, if i could just modify the specific sesction that would be peachy.
