Problems with emailing from fresh install of OTRS 2.2.4

Hello
We had been using OTRS 1.3.2 for a long time and decided to go to 2.2. I
installed it on another Linux machine, went through the config, set up a
few users, queues and answers like our 1.3.2 setup. When I open the sample
ticket that comes with a fresh OTRS install and try to respond via email,
I get the following:
