CustomerPanelOwnSelection and CustomerID

Hello, a short question: Is it easily possible to set the CustomerPanelOwnSelection in a CustomerID based manner? The thought behind this question is to allow the customers to send tickets only about products he is using/interest in. I see what you mean. This could be done by a customer-group management. -=> This is not implemented (yet) because is confusing for the most admins.
