Dear List, I am a new user (to be) of the OTRS system. Unfortunately I have no luck getting the application to function properly and I really would be very grateful if anyone of you would be so kind to offer me a helping hand. Everything works okay as far as I can tell except index.pl I mean installer.pl, faq.pl, public.pl do display nicely in the browser. When I pipe a message to Postmaster.pl, the message ends up in the article table etc. When I set debug mode, otrs logs lines in /tmp/otrs.log. So no problems here... The only thing that is not working for me are the index.pl and customer.pl. pages. Both pages crash the Apache daemon (error 500).
