Hi, When a customer sends a mail to my OTRS system, the auto reply generated has strange "From Address". The from address contains the same domain from which the customer has sent his mail. For example, if the customer has sent a mail from abc@yahoo.com, he receives an autoreply from tech@yahoo.com instead of support@mydomain.com that has been configured what could be the reason for this.
