Customized background color gone after updated from 2.4.x to 2.4.5!

Hi, Does anyone know why? Were there some CSS files in the opt/otrs/kernel/output/html/standard/ folder ? How do I change the background color and other theme related stuffs? Thanks in advance! Jack
