I would like to be able to view closed tickets and if necessary, re-open them. Is there anyway to do this? Jason Joines =================================

I would like to be able to view closed tickets and if necessary, re-open them. Is there anyway to do this?

Just find the ticket via the "search" or "utilities" function (depending on which version you use) and set the state to open if you need to open it.
