Hi, When I print a ticket in PDF it shows a header with the text: '((otrs)) Communication with success!'. I've searched everywhere for this header, because I'd like to modify it to include our company name. I've tried locating this header in: PrintHeader.dtl AgentTicketPrint.dtl AgentTicketPrint.pm However I could not find it? When I do a text search on the OTRS directory for 'Communication with' it only shows up in: CHANGES.txt otrs-initial_insert.xml mysql.html RFC.html None of which seem to do anything with printing tickets? Arnold.

All, Please ignore my question. For future reference I'll post the answer. The header used there is actually an image (also explains why I could not find it with a text search). The image is located in var/logo-otrs.png. I can be set through 'bConfig Options: Framework -> Core::PDF' and then modify the value for 'PDF::LogoFile:' Arnold.
