Hello all, When printing an article or ticket, I have the PDF feature enabled, and it works well. I would like to edit the PDF templates beyond changing just the logo image. I've searched through source files and Google with no luck, how can I edit the low level formatting/templates of these output PDFs? Hi Harrison, this will not be so easy, as there are no templates for the PDF output. You can try to have a look at Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPrint.pm, this is where the PDF output is generated. Best regards, Udo On 22.03.2010 15:06, Harrison Shutan wrote:
