I have seen that.
But with gmail count we have to use *Port*: 465 or 587
*use autentication and **Use STARTTLS*

You should be able to use the MTA on your OpenSuSE machine to *send* mail instead of using Gmail's SMTP server. For *receiving* mail take a look at http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/x1267.html "The easy way" might not work with Gmail if it doesn't allow you to use custom ports, but in that case using fetchmail may be a solution: http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/x1267.html#email-receiving-fetchmail I believe fetchmail will let you use custom ports, but you might have to Google around to find out how to use fetchmail with Gmail (or read the fetchmail manpage to find out how to setup your .fetchmailrc). So my problem is I can't send e-mail (smtp) what is the better way to send
e-mails...
I'm under a proxy server and with sendmail I just can send local e-mails...
Should I have a smtp external server? Is possibel to use the 465 port with
sendmail?

If you use sendmail, you don't need to specify a port (you won't need anything from Gmail). I suggest using the SMTP server provided by your ISP if you can't use the MTA on the machine itself for any reason. Nils Breunese.
