Has anyone added ticket history to "Customer User Management" screen?

If I drill into a ticket and click on the customer link, I get a screen to change the customer,but also a customer history on the bottom. Or, what is the fastest way to get the ticket info if a customer calls in
and talks to a different tech or asks me for a status update?
Currently I either search (which could have typos) or use "status view" in
the nav bar and look for the ticket manually. (or with Google bar
highlighting)
