Use ldap and local users

Dear all, We would like to know if there is a way to use ldap and local users under OTRS? Our problem, our OTRS is configured to use our LDAP but we also have local users, such generic users, for special use, like sending a SMS to a mobile... Many thanks in advance for some light and have a nice day, PHRoth, Switzerland

what is a local user? You can use either ldap, radius or database authentication for the OTRS. - -- Regards, Wiktor Wodecki net mobile AG - 40470 Duesseldorf - Germany 923B DCF8 070C 9FDD 5E05 9AE3 E923 5A35 182C 9783 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFCJLKr6SNaNRgsl4MRAtqSAJ90txZtfMpnA/2wZWPu3egaBtzL0QCgxJjs 2CjvrRt2bhxvd+ltb0CV3YQ= =j4Xh -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
