Agent name written in ticket history when reply by email

Hi All, I am wondering why in the ticket history displayed in the AgentTicketZoom, after a reply is done via email, you can read "|-->3 agent(email-external) <OTRS EMAIL ADDRESS>" , and not the agent name, just like when a reply is done via a note ?
