Hi all! I have requested to disable the following functions within OTRS: - priority function (entirely) - note function (is it makes sense?) - customer module (entirely: both the web-login and in agent views) - telephone module How can I do it? And I need a new "ticket state" whitin the system called "Invalid" (like in the "New ticket state" when I replied to a ticket ...). Thanks Krisztian
