Good afternoon, When I make a change to the Calendar working hours for Calendar 1 and hit apply the screen refreshes like it did something but the working hours are back to the original settings. Anyone have any suggestions? have you checked the admin log?
what if the files that get written when you make the changes don't have the
appropiate permissions?
They're at /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/

Are you the OTRS Administrator who installed this system? I guess the times are hard written in $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Config.pm … which you can only modify on OS level.
