with several messages, I get errors when using the bulk feature. In my "locked" tickets, when clicking on some tickets and then on bulk action, it says that I have to select mininum 1 ticket first. But I HAVE selected at least one ticket!! I tried several tickets, some work, most do NOT work!! how come? thanks, marc
