OTRS or perl is trying to link to the 64 bit code file libclntsh.so.10.1 in directory /u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_3/lib/ but I need it to link to the 32 bit code located in /u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_3/lib32 to work correctly.
