Logged in as root. General queue is member of "user" group. Root as full rw to "user" group. Tyler

You'll need to select the queues as Custom Queues under Preferences for your account. I think that's the issue you're describing. Correct me if I'm wrong. Only tickets in your custom queues will appear in the QueueView. The same applies for e-mail notifications. Best wishes, Paul
