How can I get queueview used in locked ticket for the main queue view
Hi, The idea is use for the main queueview the smallest possible queueview like for example the locked ticket because its has only the header (3 lines) Thanks Antonio

In Preferences you can change queueview to small.

Out-of-the-box, there is no support for this function, but the boys of C.A.P.E IT have released the attatched script to do just that. Please have a look if this can hlep you.
