RE: Customer Interface doesn't display tickets

Oh... Also possibly worth nothing is when adding a note to a ticket I see only 'internal note'.. Hope I'm not missing anything obvious? :(

Upgraded to 1.1.2 from 1.1.1- same problem.. Tried for a completely fresh install of 1.1.2 and no joy with that either.. Please some-one throw me some ideas.... ;) -AL.

The CustomerID is the key. If you login to the customer interface the customer needs a CustomerID and the customer will only see tickets with this CustomerID.
