Hello, To do that, you must create your own company theme and change the corresponding css and .dtl files. That's no hard task. Refer the the Admin and Developer OTRS Manual. There's comprehensive information on such topics in there. Still, some companies provide out-of-box themes for installation. But they're really rare.
