Hey guys! At the moment, I'm using OTRS for my company helpdesk support. Just quick questions; Can I merge the queues that I've been created??? Thanks guys!! Cheers!

To merge queues A and B you could move all tickets from B to A and then get rid of queue B, I guess. Nils Breunese.
