Hello, Running 1.3.2 under Solaris 9 and periodically getting the following error messages. [Error][Kernel::System::PostMaster::Filter::FilterDelete][Line:159]: Need Name! [Error][Kernel::System::State::StateGet][Line:81]: Need ID or Name! The 'errors' do not seem to affect the functionality of OTRS. Has anyone experienced these error messages before you can offer advise on how to prevent them. Thanks in advance. Hi List, I am experiencing these messages also, since my update to 1.3.2. Unfortunately it seems that this message has to do with our customer LDAP interface, which is not working with 1.3.2 anymore. I copied the working configuration from 1.2.2 to our 1.3.2 after looking for some changes in the LDAP configuration in the default- file. I have not really found some differences, so I used the configuration of the 1.2.2, but now I can not search for customers. Every time I search for some customer-entry, I get this message.
