Hi, I changed the DB from system X to system Y (both on postgres) and changed the according line in Config.pm (version 1.9 I think i have running) This change is not detected by otrs, even when I restart apache it isn't detected. I don't have configuration lines for the db in the perl-preload script for apache. What should I do to let otrs look at the new db? Grtz Hans

The file version doesn't really matter in Config.pm.

Try actually stopping and starting Apache. With kind regards, Robert Kehl

That's the weird thing... I did a restart on apche... grtz

What I meant was actually stopping and afterwards starting Apache, not restarting it. Did you issue s.th. like: /etc/init.d/apache2 stop /etc/init.d/apache2 start Or: rcapache stop rcapache start Regards, Robert Kehl
