Has anyone ever looked at an RSS feed of cases from OTRS? I'd love to be able to monitor some/all queues via RSS. Better still would be a priority threshold, so I can see Critical cases from queue 1-3, and Normal cases on queues 4-6, etc. Thanks, Zeke -- James "Zeke" Dehnert mailto:jdehnert@norcalnetworks.com Phone: +1 707.546.6620 x602 Fax: +1 707.324.8043 "Life is racing, everything else is just waiting"
