I would like to change the sending mail server our OTRS system uses, but here's my question: According to the user guide, I can change how mail is sent in Kernel/Config.pm But when I look in that file, it doesn't contain ANY information about how mail is sent in my current config. The info about sending mails is in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm (default settings, see also http://doc.otrs.org/1.2/en/html/configfile.html for more info about the config file mechanism and http://doc.otrs.org/1.2/en/html/sending-email.html for the sending mail options). This option can be changed any time without problems.
