What dirs/files need copying to new install for upgrade?

Hello. Besides copying the working copy of 'Config.pm' to the 'new install' (upgrade) and my customized files, which other directories and files need to be copied so the SysConfig settings set in the interface, etc. are re-applied? e.g. Config/Files???? others??? Is there documentation for this? Right now, the settings via the interface in SysConfig are back to default. Hopefully, I don't have to start over to set them again. Thanks in advance.

Hello again. I copied the Config/Files dir contents from my previous install and my settings are visible, thank goodness. Does the Config/GenericAgent.pm get revised by the system, also? Should this file be copied from the previous version as well? I haven't done anything with GenericAgent.pm, yet. Is there documentation describing this upgrade detail? Thanks in advance. ==========================================

Hi, I have a support queue which has auto notifications sent on incoming tickets. I also have a filter to take messages which have **SPAM** in them and put them into the Junk folder. Match -> Header 1: Subject Value: \*\*SPAM\*\* Set - > X-OTRS-Queue Value: Junk This works fine, except that the system is auto replying to all spam (and currently my send mail is gunked trying to process some crap that came in). How can I prevent OTRS from replying to Junk mail? Many thanks in advance, Jim

Set "X-OTRS-Loop" to "yes"
Many thanks in advance,
Jim
Bye, Alex

Just for clarification, not all of the files should be copied from 2.0.4 'Kernel/Config/Files' when upgrading to 2.1.1. Just ZZZAuto.pm and ZZZAAuto.pm which store the params from SysConfig via Admin interface. Another thread ref: http://www.mail-archive.com/otrs@otrs.org/msg11990.html
