Hi all, One more question :) How mail loop protection works? I made the following test: - mail arrives to otrs from mailing-list - other maillist watchers need to see replys from otrs, so i set BCC to maillist address - but now i get all BCCs to OTRS like followups? Where is the loop protection here? How come it don't ignore such loop? Thanks! Lp, Alex

because it's not a loop. A loop only occures when the same message with the same messageid arrives at the ticket system twice. If you send a bcc to the otrs the message will arrive at the otrs the first time.. so it's no loop. you could filter with procmail all mails out which was sent from otrs when they arrive.

Oh, I see. Thanks for advice! :) Best regards, Alex

Hi again, Hmm I figured out, that simple filtering with procmail won't do the trick. Because I need OTRS-bounce to merge tickets wthich ment to be one ticket and if I turn on that kind of filter, this feature "merging with bounce" won't work anymore. Am I right? Any other idea? Best regards, Alex
