I'm getting a little farther. Now when I send an email, I have a .forward file that trieds to engage procmail. It doesn't quite make it (the email ends up in /opt/otrs/var/spool/ (d:\otrs\var\spool). I've attached a tarball with the following files, thinking it might help: =============================================== Config.pm (d:\otrs\Kernel\) Mail delivery failed returning message to sender.txt (this is the email I get back when I try to send an email to my system now) exim_main.log (the main exim log file from d:\cygwin\var\log\exim\) otrs.log (the main otrs log file from d:\otrs\var\log\) Procmail-2003-06.log (the log file generated when it gets bumped against procmail / .promailrc d:\otrs\var\log) .forward (d:\otrs\ [/opt/otrs/]) .procmailrc (d:\otrs\ [/opt/otrs/]) =============================================== I'm getting very close now I hope.
